Return Policy
We value each of our julesCollective shoppers and want you to be happy with your purchase. Please read the below to ensure your item(s) meet our return conditions. Keep in mind, items purchased from a julesCollective stockist must be returned to the stockist they were originally purchased from, including faulty items.
- Item(s) must be returned in their original condition and packaging: unworn, unwashed and with all tags attached.
- Returns must be submitted via email. All online returns require an approved RA number.
- Return shipping method and associated costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- Duties, taxes and any customs and import fees from the original order are non-refundable.
- Return delivery costs for faulty or incorrectly supplied items will be the responsibility of julesCollective.
- We recommend sending your return via a traceable method and retaining proof of postage until receiving confirmation that your return has been processed. julesCollective cannot be held responsible for returns that are not received.
- All items are inspected by our quality control team before returns are processed. If returns do not meet the inspection and/or meet the returns conditions they will be rejected and sent back to you.
